摘要
应用有限元仿真技术和断裂力学理论 ,对门座起重机筒形支柱 (壳体 )结构上出现的裂纹损伤故障进行仿真和振动诊断分析 ,得到裂纹发生的位置、扩展方向、开裂角及断口的形状 ;并对带伤结构系统的裂纹长度和位置对结构不同阶频率和模态的影响进行了分析 。
The fracture fault with cylindrical supporting shell of portal crane is dynamically simulated and vibration diagnosed,applying finite element method and fracture mechanics theory.The crack position,extension direction,tearing angle and fracture appearance are acquired;the influence of different crack length and location on the damaged structure's frequency and modality is analysed;and the dynamic characteristics of the structure is concluded.
