摘要
偏瘫是急性脑血管病如脑卒中等的常见症状,患者的肢体功能特别是上肢功能障碍是脑卒中后最常见的残障,严重影响患者的日常生活活动能力和生活质量。本文对近年来出现的偏瘫患者上肢功能的测评工具进行总结。
Hemiplegia is a common dysfunction after neurological impairment, such as acute cerebrovascular diseases, presenting as limbs functional loss especially the upper limbs, which strongly affected the activities of daily living and quality of life. This paper summa-rized the present tools for evaluating the upper limbs function of hemiplegics.
