Strategy for Cultivating New Farmers in the Context of Cultural Construction in the New Countryside

加强新农村的文化建设,培育新型农民,建设现代农业,是社会主义农村建设的重要组成部分,也是新时期新农村建设的重要任务。结合党的十八大精神,从当前我国新农村文化建设背景下培育新型农民的重要意义、影响培育新型农民的因素入手,探讨在新农村文化建设视域下培育新型农民的对策建议,以助推进社会主义新农村建设。

It is an important component of building socialist new countryside and an important task of building new countryside to strengthen cultural construction for new countryside,cultivate new farmers and develop modern agriculture.Based on the spirit of 18th National Congress of CPC,this article analyzes the significance and influencing factors of cultivating new farmers in the context of building new countryside in the new era,and it discusses the countermeasure suggestions for cultivating new farmers in the context of cultural construction in the new countryside,so as to promote the construction of socialist new countryside.
