摘要
军品民品分立以来,建设工业集团大力实施降本增效的管理提升活动,2012年重点实施了"七个减半"工程,其中的废品减半工程成效尤为显著。通过废品指标下达、层层分解、落实责任、定期评价、严格奖惩等营造了良好的质量氛围;通过体系建设、专项审核、分级控制等过程管控措施极大地提高了质量保障能力,产品一次合格率大幅提升,废品总数和核心件废品数分别同比降低55.8%、49.2%。

Through the system construction, special examination and approval and hierarchical control process controls, it greatly improved the ability of quality guarantee, the qualified rate of products. Waste and the total number of core parts of waste were reduced by 55.8% and 49.2% compared to the same.
