摘要
从资源节约、环境友好、经济发展和社会和谐四方面构建城市土地可持续利用评价指标体系,运用主成分分析法和熵值法对评价指标体系赋权,采用模糊灰色关联分析法从时间和空间两个维度对湖南城市土地可持续利用水平进行综合评价。结果显示:2007-2011年湖南省城市土地可持续利用水平逐年提高;城市土地可持续利用水平相对较高的地区是湘北和湘东城市,相对较差的地区是湘西、湘中和湘南城市。最后提出湖南城市土地可持续利用的相应对策。
This paper builds the evaluation system of urban land sustainable use from four aspects of resource-saving, environmentally friendly, economic development and social harmony. We determine the weights of the evaluation index system based on principal component analysis and entropy method. A fuzzy grey related analysis model is used to evaluate the urban land sustainable use from two dimensions of time and space. The results show that the level of sustainable urban land use in Hunan has increased annually, and the areas of North Hunan and East Hunan are at relatively high level in sustainable urban land use, and the areas of west Hunan, central Hunan and South Hunan are at the relatively low level. Finally, related management policy is suggested to Hunan in its urban land sustainable use.
