壳聚糖在乳牙深龋露髓直接盖髓术中的疗效观察 被引量:2

CLINICAL EFFICACY OF CHITOSAN DIRECT PULP CAPPING IN DECIDUOUS TEETH WITH DEEP CARIES

摘要 目的研究壳聚糖在乳牙深龋露髓直接盖髓术中的临床疗效。方法选取儿童牙病科合作患儿临床明确诊断为乳牙深龋(意外露髓),且牙根处于稳定期的乳牙90颗,随机分为观察组(壳聚糖组)50颗及对照组(氢氧化钙组)40颗,分别行直接盖髓术。于术后1、3、6、12个月复查,内容包括临床检查、电活力测试及X线检查。结果临床疗效:壳聚糖组保髓成功95.91%;失败4.09%;氢氧化钙组保髓成功80.00%;失败20.00%。二者间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论壳聚糖作为乳牙直接盖髓剂,可保持牙髓活力,减少引起牙髓炎症发生,可认为是乳牙深龋治疗过程中一种具有较高临床疗效的直接盖髓剂。 Objective To study the clinical curative effect of chitosan direct pulp capping in deciduous teeth with deep caries. Methods Ninety cases in children's dental clinical diagnosis with deciduous teeth of deep caries (accidental pulp exposure) were chosen whose roots were all within the stable period. All subjects were randomly divided into experimental group (n = 50, chitosan group) and control group (n = 40, calcium hydroxide group), and each was performed direct pulp capping. Interval checks were given to all cases in 1, 3, 6 and 12 months after the operation, including clinical examination, electrical activity test and X-ray examination. Results The chitosan group were successful in a rate of 95.91% with 4.09% failures; while the calcium hydroxide group were 80% successful with 20% failures. There was a significant difference between the two groups(P〈0.05). Conclusions As a primary teeth direct pulp capping agent, chitosan can keep the pulp vitality, reduce the pulpitis. Perhaps it can be applied as a highly effective direct pulp capping agent in the treatment of primary teeth with deep caries.
