This paper introduced a practical electro optic sampling analyzer,with the spatial resolution 3μm,voltage sensitivity of unit frequency bandwidth 2 52 mVHz,measuring bandwidth 20GHz.Its optical system construction can hold the stability with a high precision for a few years. A GaAs high speed dynamic divider was measured using this analyzer,and the measured waveform agree well with the theory analysis.
