摘要
对于一个固定的围护结构,其热物性参数一直作为常数应用在建筑的能耗相关计算中,以严寒地区哈尔滨新建建筑为例,通过对围护结构热质耦合传递的动态模拟,建立围护结构热物性参数的动态计算方法,分析新建建筑围护结构的热质耦合传递对围护结构及其单层材料热物性参数的影响。分析结果表明:对于新建建筑围护结构,其热物性参数随着围护结构的干燥而变化,新建建筑围护结构的传热系数、密度、定压比热容、蓄热系数和热惰性指标随着围护结构的热质耦合传递而降低,热扩散率随着围护结构的热质耦合传递而增加;8年内围护结构的热质耦合传递可使部分热物性参数(传热系数、定压比热容、热扩散率和蓄热系数)的变化达10%以上。
For a fixed building, thermalphysical parameters of the building envelope is as constant in related building designing. Taking the new-completed building of Haerbin in cold climate area as example, the paper proposed the dynamic calculation method through the simulation on heat and mass coupled transfer of building envelope. The effect of envelope heat and mass coupled transfer on tbermalphysical parameters of envelope and one of construction materials was analyzed. The results showed that the thermalphysical parameters change with the envelope drying. The heat transfer coefficient, the density, specific heat, thermal storage coefficient and thermal inertia index of the new-completed building envelope decreased with the envelope drying, while the thermal diffusivity of the envelope increased with the envelope heat and mass coupled transfer. The changing rate of some thermalphysical parameters is all over 10% in eight years.
