喷淋塔内螺旋喷嘴雾化特性的试验研究 被引量:5

摘要 利用粒子图像测速仪(PIV),以水为介质,在不同压力下对不同喷孔直径的螺旋喷嘴进行雾化特性试验研究,得到包括体积流量、雾化锥角、雾化液滴粒径和雾化均匀度的变化规律,并分别利用雾化均匀度指数和跨径对雾化均匀度进行量化评估。结果表明,压力和喷孔直径对其雾化特性均有影响。在工程运用中,喷孔直径为5.6mm、压力为0.2MPa最适宜对生物质热裂解气体的喷淋冷却。 In the paper, using water as working fluid, atomization charactenstlcs oI spiral nozztes wlu~ ul,lc, diameters were measured by particle image velocimetry (PI~) at different spray pressurs. The distributions of volume flow rate, atomization angle, and particle diameter and particle size evenness were also obtained and the spray characteristics of the spiral nozzles were quantified by the parameters of atomization evenness and the span diameter. The results indicated that both of spray pressure and nozzle diameter control the characteristics of parameters mentioned above. During biomass fast pyrolysis, the nozzle with diameter 5.6mm and the fluid flow pressure 0.2MPa is good for quenching the pyrolysis vapor. The conclusions provide important experiment data for the application of spiral nozzle in biomass fast pyrolysis for bio-oil production.
