基于子层刚度法性能等效的风机叶片分析研究 被引量:2

摘要 为简化风机叶片的建模和计算、提高效率,研究基于子层刚度法的复合材料层合板性能参数等效方法。从层合介质的本构关系出发,推导适合正交各向异性复合材料具有3个正交弹性性能对称面特殊结构层合板的性能等效整体刚度矩阵。将改进后的子层刚度等效算法应用于某[0°,±45°]三向层合板,计算结果与实测数据十分接近;分别对某风机叶片根部层合单元模型和等效模型进行结构分析和对比,结果表明,二者数值吻合良好,该方法具有可行性和有效性。 In order to simplify the procession of modeling and calculating of wind turbine blade, equivalent method of elastic constants for composite laminate based on sub-laminate stiffness method is presented. From constitutive relation of laminate, total stiffness matrix of performance equivalence fitted to orthotropic composite with special structure laminate of three orthogonal elastic performance symmetry plane is deduced. Modified sub-laminate stiffness effective algorithm is applied to tri-axial composite laminate of [0°,±45°], and its calculated result is almost as same as the measured data. Results of structural analysis of some 1. 5MW blade root for layered element model and equivalent model are compared in ABAQUS. The results show that the equivalent method presented in this paper is feasible and effective.
