数控电缆接头运行故障分析及对策

摘要 为了降低数控电缆接头运行故障率,提出了一种基于热敏温控技术和双层热缩技术的施工新方法。在详细分析数控电缆接头运行故障的基础上,找出了影响数控电缆接头运行故障的主要原因是热缩接头密封不严,造成热缩接头密封不严进水,即手工操作喷灯加温不均匀和电缆接头密封处"虹吸"效应。针对手工操作喷灯加温不均匀,采用基于"热敏温控"技术施工方法,保证了加温波动率小于±5%;对于电缆接头密封处"虹吸"效应,采取"双层热缩"技术施工方法,确保密封处"虹吸"效应月故障率小于0.40次/km。工程试验证明,该方法很好地降低了数控电缆接头运行故障率。 In order to reduce the running failure rate of numerical-control cable joint,a new construction method based on thermal temperature control technology and the double heat shrinkable technology was proposed.On the basis of a detail analysis on the numerical-control cable joint running fault,it is found that the main reason for the numerical-control cable joint running fault was heat shrinkable joint seal leakage,causing flooding water accident,because of uneven heating of manual torch and the "siphon" effect of cable joint seal.To overcome the uneven heating of manual torch,the method of thermal temperature control technology was proposed,which ensured the heating volatility less than ±5%.In order to prevent the “siphon” effect of cable joint seal,double heat shrink technology was adopted,which ensured the “siphon” effect fault rate of cable joint seal less than 0.40 times/km · month.The engineering test shows that the method greatly reduced the running fault rate of the numerical-control cable joint.
