生态政治文化论——兼论与美丽中国的关系

On the Culture of Ecological Politics and the Relationship with the “Beautiful China”

党的十八大提出建设"美丽中国",本质上是对中国生态文明建设提出了更高的要求并指明了发展的方向。全球性的生态危机给现代文明发展带来的困境,引发了人们对文化的深刻反思,这一文化思潮的崛起与生态文明建设的取向高度契合。要实现生态文明,就必须从文化角度深刻地认识生态政治,这就是生态政治文化的出场。生态政治文化主要包括生态政治价值观、生态政治心理和生态政治社会化。生态政治价值观是生态文明建设的思想动力;生态政治心理是生态文明建设的基本导向;生态政治社会化是对生态文明建设的持续传递。

The Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China called for build- ing well-off and beautiful China, which essentially set up the higher requirement as well as the right direction to develop ecological civilization in China. The predicaments brought by the global ecologi- cal crises to the modern civilization have begun to press on us to rethink ＂culture＂. The rise of re- newed attention to the ＂culture＂, in our view, is highly consistent with the ecological civilization construction. In order to develop a sustainable ecological civilization, we have to understand the eco- logical politics from the cultural perspective, or the culture of ecological politics. The culture of eco- logical politics is built upon three cornerstones, which are the value, the psychology and the sociali- zation of ecological politics. The value of ecological politics provides ideological motivation, while the psychology of ecological politics maintains the basic orientation to build ecological civilization. The socialization of ecological politics can further ensure the transmission of ecological civilization from generation to generation.
