摘要
2-噻吩乙醇用SiO2负载的PCC(氯铬酸吡啶)氧化得2-噻吩乙醛,不经提纯,进一步与盐酸羟胺反应得2-噻吩乙醛肟,最后经NaBH4/CuSO4)/amberlyst-15还原得2-噻吩乙胺,总收率76.5%。
2-Thienylacetaldehyde was synthesised by oxidation of 2-thienylethanol with PCC(Pyridinium chlorochromate)/SiO2, without purification and was further converted to 2-thienylacetaldoxime through reaction with hydroxylamine hydrochloride. Finally, 2-thiopheneethylamine was obtained by the reduction of 2-thienylacetaldoxime with NaBH4-CuSO4-amberlyst-15. The overall yield of this process for 2-thio- pheneethylamine was about 76.5%.
