羧甲基-β-环糊精的合成

Synthesis of Carboxymethyl-β-cyclodextrins

以β-环糊精(β-CD)、氯乙酸等为原料,在碱性条件下合成了羧甲基-β-环糊精,采用红外光谱测试对产物进行了表征,并通过单因素实验研究了合成工艺条件。该合成工艺条件对相应的环糊精类化合物的合成具有较好的参考价值。

Carboxymethyl --β-cyclodextrins was made from the raw materials of ffcyclodextrins （-β-CD） chloroacetic acid and so on in basic solution. The optimal reaction conditions were investigated. The prod uct was characterized by IR spectroscopy. The reaction conditions may afford guidance to synthesis in rela rive cyclodextrins compounds.
