摘要 目的探讨少儿共同性斜视矫正手术的改良及临床效果。方法手术切口设计在下穹隆结膜皱襞交界处,结膜切口不缝线,直肌后徙采用可吸收缝线悬吊法。结果本组46例5~12岁少儿共同性斜视矫正手术病例。术后结膜切口愈合平整,未发生切口不愈或睑球粘连现象,眼位矫正满意,全部病例随诊半年以上,无并发症出现,矫正眼位无异常改变,眼球运动无异常。结论该手术方法效果良好,适合少儿斜视患者。 Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of modified concomitant strabismus operation in children. Methods The modified operation was rectus recession suspended by absorbabable suture with the incision in the inferior conjunctival fornix folds junction and no sutures in conjunctival incision. Resuits 46 cases of pediatric concomitant strabismus were enrolled in the study and the patients' age ranged 5 - 12 years old. The follow up was over 6 months. The conjunctival incision healed smoothly in all cases and no symblepharon was observed. The patients were satisfactory with eye position after surgery. All of them had normal eye movement with no surgical complication. Conclusion This modified operation is suitable for pediatric concomitant strabismus, which has good clinical efficacy.
