摘要
以蒸馏装置常压塔顶冷凝器为对象,概述电镀工艺在石化设备腐蚀防护方面的应用。介绍电镀工艺原理及工艺流程,并对电镀工艺效果进行实验评价。结果表明:电镀Ni-Al复合镀层的蒸馏装置常压塔顶冷凝器内表面总体平整,表面状况良好,防腐性能较优。这反映出电镀工艺在增强石化设备表面防护效果方面具有优势且展现出美好的应用前景。
Application of electroplating process in corrosion protection of petrochemical equipment was outlined with atmospheric pressure overhead condenser distillation unit as an example.Furthermore,the electroplating process principle and its process flow were introduced,and the electroplating process effect was evaluated based on the experiments.The results show that the internal surface of the atmospheric pressure overhead condenser distillation unit electroplated with Ni-Al composite coating is smooth on the whole,good in surface condition,and better in corrosion resistance,which reflects that electroplating process has an superiority and also shows a nice application prospect in enhancing the surface protection effect of petrochemical equipment.
