摘要
探讨了电解除油溶液中的磷对环境的影响,并研究了一种新的常温无磷电解除油工艺,从根本上杜绝了磷在废水中的产生。对新工艺的表面处理质量进行检测后发现:常温无磷电解除油工艺不仅除油效果要优于常规电解除油工艺的,而且使用能耗低,能实现废水中磷的零排放。
The influence of the phosphorus in electrolytic degreasing solution on the environment was investigated,and a new normal-temperature and non-phosphorus electrolytic degreasing technology was developed,which rooted out the phosphorus generated in the wastewater.It was found after the surface treatment quality test for the new technology that the technology is not only better than conventional electrolytic degreasing technology in degreasing effect,but also lower in energy consumption,can realize phosphorus zero discharge in the wastewater.
