摘要
以磁性活性炭为吸附剂吸附溶液中的Cr(Ⅵ)。采用二苯碳酰二肼分光光度法测定吸附前后溶液中Cr(Ⅵ)的质量浓度,计算吸附量,绘制不同温度下的吸附等温线。研究了温度、金属离子的质量浓度等因素对吸附量的影响。结果表明:磁性活性炭对Cr(Ⅵ)的饱和吸附量为90.09mg/g,吸附效果远高于国内部分商品活性炭的;磁性活性炭对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附过程为自发吸热过程,在研究温度范围内吸附量随温度的升高而增大。
Magnetic activated carbon was used as an adsorbent to adsorb the Cr(Ⅵ) in the solution.The mass concentrations of Cr(Ⅵ) in the solution before and after the adsorption were determined by using diphenylcarbazide spectrophotometric method,after that the adsorption amount was calculated and the adsorption isotherms at different temperatures were drawn,and the effects of temperature,metal ion mass concentration and other factors on adsorption amount were also investigated.The results show that the saturated adsorption capacity magnetic activated carbon on Cr(Ⅵ) is 90.09 mg/g,the adsorption effect is much higher than that of some commercial activated carbons at home; the adsorption of Cr(Ⅵ) by magnetic activated carbon is a spontaneous endothermic process,so in the temperature range studied,the adsorption capacity increases with the increase of temperature.
