Calculating Activities from FeO-V_2O_3and V_2O_3-SiO_2 Phase Diagrams

摘要 本文研究了在正规溶液的假设下,运用由二元相图提取活度的方法,分别计算了FeO-V2O3和V2O3-SiO2渣系相图在2500 K温度下的活度。经加权平均计算,计算值和实验值的相对误差分别为13.34%和6.5%.这个精度处于Turkdogan提出的10%-30%的实验误差范围以内,可以作为进一步研究复杂含钒渣系时的热力学参考数据。 Based on methods of calculating activities from V2O3 and V2O3-SiO2 were calculated under the condition binary phase diagrams, the binary slag systems of FeO- of regular solutiong assumption at 2500 K respectively. The relative error of calculated value and experimental value are 13.34% and 6.5% after weighted average calculation. This accuracy is within experimental error range of 10% -30% that Turkdogan proposed, so the thermodynamics data can be used as reference for further study on vanadium complex slag system.
