防腐材料硼酸锌的合成研究及性能测试 被引量:1

摘要 研究了氧化锌-硼酸法合成2335型硼酸锌过程中锌硼物料比、液固比、反应温度、反应时间对产物组成的影响。通过实验,优化得出硼酸锌的最佳合成工艺参数:nZnO∶nH3BO3为1∶4.3,固液比1∶3,反应温度85℃,反应时间8 h.通过化学分析如滴定法和X射线衍射法分析硼酸锌样品,并对合成产物进行了生物实验的研究,初步证实2335型硼酸锌对白腐菌有一定的抑制生长的作用。 Zinc and boron material ratio, liquid to solid ratio, reaction temperature and reaction time on the product composition of 2335 zinc borate were studied by zinc oxide-borate method. Through the experiment, a reasonable synthesis process parameters was determined as follows: nZnO/nH3BO3 = 1:4.3, solid-liquid ratiol : 3, reaction temperature at 85 ℃, reaction time for 8h. The samples of zinc borate were structured through chemical analysis as chemical titration and XRD analysis. Biological test initially confirmed 2335 zinc borate has the effect to inhibit the growth of white rot fungi.
