摘要
结合产业集群的特点,从波特钻石模型的六个维度和产业集群自有的三个维度,建立集群升级导向和高管团队胜任特征纵向匹配程度指标体系,利用熵值法确定各指标的权重,基于集对分析方法构建匹配评价模型,并以河北省某集群企业为例验证该模型的实用性和可行性,实例表明:集对分析方法的评价结果较为合理,且具有模型涵义明确、计算方法简洁的优点,对其他研究的评价具有一定的推广和应用价值。
Combined with the characteristics of industry cluster, from the six dimensions of Potter' s Diamond Model and the three di- mensions of industrial clusters, the index system for longitudinal matching degrees of the cluster upgrade guide and the top management team competency is established by using the entropy method to determine the weights of each index, and the matching evaluation model is set based on the set pair analysis. In addition, an enterprise cluster in Hebei Province verifies the feasibility and practicability of the model, showing that the evaluation result of the set pair analysis is rational and features clear model meaning and simple calculation, which is worthy of popularization and application for evaluations of other researches.
