摘要
在国际商务研究领域,基于跨国企业及东道国政府间互动关系的议价能力(bargaining Power)的形成机制、理论模型等始终未达成统一的理论观点,本文通过回顾1950年-2008年间在权威国际学术期刊、国内权威期刊上发表的文章以及引用率较高的专业书籍,对议价能力的研究进行系统梳理,认为议价过程应是一个包含从跨国企业进入到撤离东道国的动态过程,如何全面把握议价能力的动态性是需要关注的课题。
In the field of International Business, there are still disagreements on formation mechanism and models of MNC - Host government bargaining power. This paper reviews the papers published in top intemational and local journals as well as some books on international business to summarize the research process of bargaining power. Furthermore, we discuss researches of bargaining power under Chinese context. In the last section of the paper, we offer directions for future researches.
