我国服务外包从业人员生态位评价体系构建与优化——基于2009-2012全国21个服务外包基地城市的实证分析

我国服务外包产业正处于高速发展时期,决定服务外包产业发展的速度与质量的关键是服务外包从业人员的综合素质,而提高服务外包从业人员综合素质的根本就在于对从业人员进行良好培养。文章以生态位理论为研究基础,借助层次分析方法与模糊数学理论思想,首先构建了服务外包从业人员评价指标体系,接着对2009-2012年度全国21个服务外包基地城市的服务外包从业人员状况加以实证分析,最后针对性地提出了我国服务外包人才培养的具体对策。

China＇s service outsourcing industry is in the high -speed period of development, the key to the speed and quality of service outsourcing industrial development is the overall quality of service outsourcing jobholders, while the fundamental way for in- creasing the overall quality of service outsourcing jobholders is to offer them a good training. This article takes the ecological niche theory as the research base, with the aid of the Analytic Hierarchy Process methodology and fuzzy mathematics theory, constructs the evaluating index system of service outsourcing jobholders, performs the empirical analysis on the conditions of service outsourcing jobholders in 21 service outsourcing base cities from 2009 to 2012, and finally provides some specific countermeasures for China＇ s service outsourcing personnel training.
