促进国民经济又好又快发展,实现未来经济发展目标,关键要加快转变经济发展方式。党的十八大报告指出,以科学发展为主题、以加快转变经济发展方式为主线,是关系我国发展全局的战略抉择。当前,江西作为欠发达省份的地位还没有根本改变,加快转变经济发展方式仍面临诸多难题,必须更加注重量的增长和质的提高,实现经济增长速度与结构、质量和效益的统一,从而更好地推动江西科学发展、绿色崛起,加快实现建设富裕和谐秀美江西的宏伟目标。
