摘要 利用粉末活性炭为吸附剂,对焦化尾水进行深度处理,考察影响吸附的因素如pH、粉末活性炭(PAC)用量、吸附时间、吸附温度等对COD去除率和脱色率的影响,确定最佳吸附条件为:pH=3,活性炭投加质量浓度为1.0g/L,吸附时间为40 min,吸附温度为30℃,在最佳条件下处理后,废水COD达到100 mg/L以下,出水无色无味。 Powder activated carbon (PAC) has been used as sorbent for the advanced treatment of coking tail water. The influencing factors such as pH, dosage of PAC, adsorption time and temperature, etc. on COD removal rate and decolorization rate are investigated. The results show that optimum adsorption conditions are as follows :pH =3, dosage of PAC 1.0 g/L, adsorption time 40 min and adsorption temperature 30℃. After treated under optimum con- ditions, the wastewater COD is less than 100 mg/L, and the effluent is colorless and odorless.
