新型组合工艺对高浓度煤气化废水处理的试验研究 被引量:16

摘要 采用组合工艺处理高浓度煤气化废水,其中预处理采用混凝气浮技术,生物处理采用OAO生物膜技术,深度处理采用常温常压催化氧化技术。试验结果表明,混凝气浮对煤气化废水的油类及悬浮物去除率在80%以上,OAO生物膜对煤气化废水COD和NH3-N的去除率在95%以上,常温常压催化氧化对剩余生物难降解物质和色度有很好的去除效果,处理后的出水达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的一级排放标准。 Highconcentration coalgasification wastewater has been treated by a combined process. In the com bined process, coagulationair floatation is used for pretreatment, OAO biological film technique is used for biologi cal treatment, and catalytic oxidation under normal temperature and pressure is used for advanced treatment. Experi mental results show that the removing rates of oils and SS from coalgasification wastewater by coagulationair floata tion process are above 80%. The removing rates of COD and NH3N from coalgasification wastewater by OAO bio logical film technique are above 95%. And the catalytic oxidation under normal temperature and pressue has very good removing effect on residual biorefractory matter and chroma. The treated effluent reaches first class of Inte grated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978- 1996).
