摘要
近年来很多城市频繁出现暴雨后严重积水,这主要是由于已建雨水管道采用前苏联20世纪50年代的超低设计标准所致。积水严重的程度主要取决于暴雨概率与沟道设计标准。提出用模式雨型径流过程线法结合已建沟道的设计流量,估算不同概率下暴雨的积水量,可为地下雨水调蓄池引排积水所需的有效容积提供计算依据。
In recent years, significant water accumulation after a heavy rainstorm occurred frequently in many cities, which was mainly due to the poor design standards of the former Soviet Union in the 1950s that were employed during the manufacture of rainwater sewers. Water accumulation depends largely on storm frequency and channel design standards. The storm-caused water accumulation under dif- ferent frequencies was estimated using a model rainfall runoff hydrograph method combined with the designed flow of the existing channel, which could provide a calculation basis for optimized volumes of underground rainwater storage tanks.
