摘要
残留试验表明 ,用 2 0 %康福多浓可溶剂 60 0ml/hm2 喷施防治稻飞虱 ,在田水中原始沉积量为 0 .11~ 0 .2 5mg/kg ,半衰期为 5.9~ 7.9d ;在土壤中原始沉积量为 0 .0 8~ 0 .16mg/kg ,半衰期为5.3~ 2 4 .6d ;在茎叶上原始沉积量 2 .82~ 6.99mg/kg ,半衰期为 6.5~ 6.8d。最终残留量试验 ,表明在水稻卷叶螟、稻飞虱发生期喷药 2次 ,施药剂量为 30 0~ 60 0ml/hm2 ,最后一次施药距收获期为7d ,在糙米中残留量均低于 0 .0 5mg/kg ,在土壤和茎叶中的最终残留量分别小于 0 .0 83mg/kg和0 82 2mg/kg。
Imidacloprid 20 OSL was applied at 600 ml/hm 2 for controlling rice planthopper.Its original accumulation was 0.11-0.25 mg/kg in water,0.08-0.16 mg/kg in soil and 2.82-6.99 mg/kg in rice stem and leaf.Its half life was 5.9-7.9 d in water ,5.3-24.6 d in soil,and 6.5-6.8 d in rice stems and leaf.For controlling the rice planthopper, two applications of Imidacloprid 20 OSL at 300-600 ml/hm 2 for twice were made with an interval of 7 days between the last spray and harvest .The result showed the residue was <0.05 mg/kg in rice ,< 0.083 mg/kg in soil ,< 0.822 mg/kg in stem and leaf.
