摘要
通过对2012年8月20日典型强降雨造成的积涝点统计,对合肥市中心城区内涝积水的分布情况及其主要影响因素进行了归纳分析,进而提出了主要工程改善策略:"蓄排协同"提高已建城区排水管网的排水标准;规划设计超标雨水蓄排系统。针对两个典型工程案例,运用水力学模型等手段,分析了主要积涝成因,进行了主要工程改善策略的技术应用,并对其效果进行了模拟分析。结果表明,蓄排协同管道系统与超标雨水蓄排系统能够应用于合肥市排水系统的升级改造,可解决已建排水系统提标改造的技术瓶颈。
The distribution and main causal factors of waterlogging in the downtown area of Hefei City were analyzed by assessing sites of local flooding caused by a typical heavy rainfall. The main im- provement strategies were proposed: coordination of drainage system with storage system to improve current urban drainage pipes as well as planning and design of drainage and storage systems of limit-exceeding rainwater.
