摘要
对杭州、温州、云和三地上市蔬菜样品中的甲胺磷残留量进行检测。结果表明 ,甲胺磷的总检出率为 4 0 .8% ,最高检出浓度为 1 85mg/kg。其中杭州、温州的检出率为 52 .8%~ 54.5% ,云和未检出。不同蔬菜 ,以叶菜和豇豆的检出率较高 ,分别为 51.7%~ 61.5%和 4 4 .4 %~ 10 0 % ,其他蔬菜 (如花菜、黄瓜等 )
Residue of methamidophos was detected in vegetables for market taken from Hangzhou,Wenzhou and Yunhe.It showed that the total rate of detectable samples was 40.8% and the highest concentration was 1 85 mg/kg.Among them,the rate of detectable samples was from 52.8% to 54.5% in samples taken from Hangzhou and Wenzhou,whereas it was zero in Yunhe.The poison was much more detectable in leaf vegetables and cowpea with the rate of 51.7%-61.5% and 44.4%-100%,higher than in other vegetables such as cauliflower and cucumber.
