摘要
分析了内蒙古乌兰察布盟在降水波动剧烈、旱灾频繁的情况下 ,农业土地利用程度和结构变化对粮食生产稳定性的影响及其稳产的原因。该盟通过增加农田投入 ,改变农田利用的程度增加粮食趋势产量 ,从而抵消了粮食气候产量的波动 ,使粮食生产稳定性增强。还通过调整农作物种植结构 ,选种高产、抗旱作物 ,使粮食产量趋于稳定。
Wulanchabu League is deeply affected by drought, and the crop yields have been historically unstable. Based on the statistical data and field survey, the influences of agricultural land use changes on the stability of crop production are analyzed. The main results show as follows: The adjustment of agricultural land use includes the increase of the planted area proportion of potato, corn and soybean and the reduction of the planted area proportion of wheat and coarse cereals. The water requirement of potato and corn coincide with the local rainfall pattern. Therefore, the increase of the planted area of anti drought crops will benefit the stability of crop production. The changes of agricultural land use extent and structure are the effective mitigation measure.
