Elementary Research for Bubble Size Distribution in Decontamination Foam

摘要 泡沫去污就是将含有去污成分的发泡剂与气相混合,产生的泡沫作用于待去污表面。实验对泡沫粒径的分布情况进行研究,得出泡沫液配方优化的建议。具体方法是使用数码相机对容器贴壁泡沫进行拍摄,继而对照片中单位面积的泡沫粒径进行分析,以此作为除发泡能力、持液能力和去污能力之外,泡沫液配方优化的另一指标。 Foam decontamination is based on the mixing of surfactantscontaining chemical reagent with air. The foam produced reacts with the surface to be contaminated. Bubble size distribution was stugied using cam- era and imaging analytical software. The result of bubble size distribution is helpful for optimizing liquid com- position, besides foam capacity and liquid-holding capacity and decontamination velocity.
