摘要
不同温度对福建山樱花盆栽幼苗进行处理,测定叶片中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、可溶性蛋白、脯氨酸和可溶性糖含量的变化,探讨福建山樱花对不同低温胁迫的响应特性和耐寒适应能力。结果表明,各温度处理下福建山樱花SOD活性、MDA含量、可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖和脯氨酸含量与对照相比,差异性显著;各温度下MDA含量随着胁迫时间的延长呈不断上升趋势,其余指标随着胁迫时间的延长,在10℃处理时呈缓慢上升趋势,在6和1℃处理下呈先升后降趋势,最高值基本都出现在1℃处理后第3天。随着胁迫时间的延长,抗氧化酶和渗透调节物质对膜系统的保护作用及调节机制超过一定限度,引起福建山樱花不可逆的损伤。
After Exposuring of Prunus campanulata Maxim. seedlings to different temperature (25, 10, 6 and 1℃ ), the activities of superoxide dismutase ( SOD), the content of malondialdehyde ( MDA), soluble protein, soluble sugar and free proline were measured in leaves to detect the influence of temperatures on the physiological and biochemical characteristics. The results showed that the content of five indexes had a signifcant difference with control. The content of MDA exhibited a upward trend under different temperature over time; other indexes sustained a slight increase under the 10 ℃ treatment and firstly rose then went down under the 6 and 1 ℃ treatment over treatment time. The highest values of SOD, soluble protein, soluble sugar and free proline occurred on day 3 of 1 ℃ treatment. With stress time, the antioxidant protective effect of enzymes and regulation mechanism of osmotic adjust- ment on membrane system exceeded a certain limit, irreversible damage was caused in Prunus campanulata Maxim.
