不同来源蛹虫草子实体粗多糖特征及其刺激巨噬细胞产生NO的活性 被引量:5

Characterization of Polysaccharides Extracted from Six Artificially Grown Cordyceps militaris Fruit Body Specimens and Their Effect on Nitric Oxide Release from Macrophages

摘要 对6个不同来源的蛹虫草(Cordyceps militaris)子实体的粗多糖提取得率、多糖HPLC图谱特征及其刺激巨噬产生NO能力进行比较,结果表明:不同样品粗多糖得率差异较大,以DZ得率最高(4.63%),其次为YN(2.76%)。从HPLC图谱看YS和DZ都含有出峰时间在10.5 min的多糖,分别占总量的24.5%和30.1%;JXC和NL、YN和NH的HPLC图谱比较相似;各样品的粗多糖均能增强小鼠巨噬细胞RAW264.7释放NO的产量,以JXC和YN的活性较好。 Crude polysaccharide preparations were obtained from artificially cultivated Cordyceps rnilitaris fruit bodies, provided by six different commercial growers, by hot (100 ℃ ) water extraction and ethanol precipitation. Crude polysaccharide yields from the six specimens ranged from 4.63% (DZ) to 1.27% (NL). HPLC analysis of crude polysaccharide from specimens YS and DZ revealed peaks at 10.5 min retention time accounting for 24.5% and 30.1% of the total polysaccharide, respectively. HPLC chromatography of the remaining preparations revealed similar profiles for samples JXC and NL, and for samples YN and NH, indicating the polysaccharides in each pairing had similar molecular weight distribution patterns. All the polysaccharide samples exhibited immunomodulatory activity assessed on the basis of nitric oxide production by RAW264.7 macrophages with relatively high NO levels recorded with material extracted from specimens JXC and YN.
