不同杀菌剂对毛木耳菌丝体及油疤病病原菌的作用 被引量:6

摘要 毛木耳油疤病是由木栖柱孢霉(Scytalidium lignicola)感染引起的菌丝体病害。在室内毒力筛选出50%咪鲜胺锰盐(WP)和75%百菌清(WP)两种杀菌剂的基础上,采用药剂拌料或药剂涂抹病斑两种方法,观察它们对供试毛木耳菌丝体及木栖柱孢霉菌的抑制作用。结果表明:将50%咪鲜胺锰盐按照200倍和1000倍拌入培养料中,其病情指数与对照相比显著降低,分别为17.59%和54.63%,但对毛木耳菌丝生长和子实体农艺性状有明显不利影响;将50%咪鲜胺锰盐按照250倍和500倍与干细土拌匀涂抹病斑,平均防效分别达到93.4%和86.9%。 Slippery scar is a serious disease affecting Auricularia polytricha mycelium caused by Scytalidium lignicola. Laboratory tests revealed that 50% prochloraz-Mn (wettable powder, WP) and 75% chlorothalonil (WP) were effective fungicides when mixed with the mushroom cultivation substrate or applied directly to the diseased area. Prochloraz-Mn mixed with cultivation substrate at ratios 1 : 200 and I : 1000 lowered disease index values to 17.59% and 54.63% respectively, but also decreased biological efficiency. When mixed with fine soil at ratios of 1:250 and 1:500, and applied to the diseased area, prochloraz-Mn inhibited reappearance of the diseased area in 93.4% and 86.9% of cases, respectively.
