摘要 双孢蘑菇(Agaricus bisporus)疣孢霉病是一种世界性土传病害,疣孢霉(Mycogone perniciosa)严重危害双孢蘑菇子实体的正常发育,在缺乏有效控制的情况下会引起双孢蘑菇产量严重损失,限制双孢蘑菇产业化发展。对疣孢霉的生物学特性和可能的致病机理以及对疣孢霉的防治方法进行综述,并对疣孢霉防治的研究和发展方向进行展望。 Mycogone perniciosa is a soil-borne pathogen of mushrooms occurring worldwide which, without effective control measures, prevents the normal development of mushroom sporophores, causing serious losses in mushroom production and adversely affecting the development of the mushroom industry. This review summarizes the biological characteristics and putative pathogenic mechanisms of M. perniciosa, disease prevention methods, and the future prospects and direction of research into the contagion.
