摘要
针对大学实践教学的反常现象与普遍问题,运用协同创新理论,根据高等教育质量管理的要求,以黄山学院为例,构建大学实践教学协同创新中心,确定实践教学的相互学习、矛盾与利益、合作、融合、协同五阶段的全面协同创新机制,促进大学实践教学的发展。
Facing on the common and anomaly problem in university practical teaching, this paper applys synergy innovation theory, bases on the requirement of higher education quality management, takes Huangshan University as an example to construct the Synergy Innovation Center of university practical teaching. It defines total synergy innovation mechanism of five-stage model that includes learning from each other, conflicts and interests, cooperation, integration, synergy, to improve university practical teaching.
