高职院校实验室文化的建设既要体现高等教育的教育性,又要结合职业教育的职业性。实验室类企业文化建设,充分融入校企文化的特点。要以实验室为载体,营造富有职业特点的教学氛围和实验室内部环境,构建实验室物质文化;以职业规范为标准,将企业生产规范和管理制度融入于实验室管理制度,构建实验室制度文化;通过开展各类职业技能竞赛,巩固和形成实验室行为文化;结合职业理念,培养学生的职业精神,促进学生的职业成长,进一步形成实验室精神文化。
