Research of the Ideological and Political Education for the New Generation of Migrant Workers

新生代农民工是我国现代化建设进程中涌现出的一支新型劳动大军,新生代农民工思想政治教育是党的思想政治教育工作的重要组成部分。然而,当前新生代农民工教育存在教育队伍建设滞后、教育内容陈旧、教育方法与途径单一、新生代农民工自身素质低等制约因素。在此背景下,有必要加强相关研究,提高新生代农民工的思想政治教育的实效性。

The new generation of migrant workers is a new labor force in China＇s modernization drive. The ideological political education of the new generation of migrant workers is the important part of the work of ideological political education of the Party. However, in the education of new generation of migrant workers, there are restricting factors like lagging of educational team construction, obsolete educational con- tents, sole educational method and approach, and low qualifications. Under this background, it is necessary to enhance related research to improve the effectiveness of ideological political education of new generation of migrant workers.
