German FH is the main body of German higher vocational education. The experience and features of their professional development, such as adjustment of professional settings focusing on research and demonstration, professional settings endowed with obvious local color as well as professional building closely tied with enterprises, are worth the reference of our higher vocational education. Our higher voca- tional education should take economic and social development trends and needs as the fundamental basis of professional setting and setting the training objectives clearly as a prerequisite for professional development, following the professional construction and development way of teaching-research-production cooperative edu- cation.
