通过对 4种提取棉花总DNA的方法 :氯仿—异戊醇法、CTAB法、β 巯基乙醇法 (暂定名 )及PVP法分析比较 ,得出CTAB法较为理想 ,能大量、快速提取棉花总DNA。

Isolation the total DNA from cotton with four different methods which are Trichloromethane:iso Amyl Alwhol method, CTAB method β Mercaptoethand method and PVP method, then comparing the results, it shows that the CTAB method is move ideal of rapid and good quality isolation of high prue total DNA from cotton.
