摘要
以文献研究为基础构建包含监管政策和企业文化与中小商业银行行长胜任力的理论模型,并通过问卷调查和数据分析,发现:中小银行行长胜任力模型包括职业素质、风险内控、经营管理三个维度;企业文化与行长胜任力正相关;监管政策通过企业文化对中小银行行长胜任力产生间接影响。
From the perspective of supervisors , the director's competence of small and medium-sized commercial banks and its influencing factors were studied, and questionnaire data was obtained from supervisors for empirical analysis. The competence model was built in an innovative way by establishing the model based on non-competence. A structural model of supervising policies, enterprise culture and president's competence was constructed. The result showed that the director's competency model of small and medium-sized banks includes three dimensions of professional quality, risk management and internal control, and business operation and management; positive correlation exists between enterprise culture and director's competence; supervising policies had an indirect impact on director's competence through enterprise culture.
