在当前世界进入大平台、大交融、大挑战的国际化背景下,我国高校德育工作队伍建设面临新形势、新情况、新挑战,因此必须要按照科学发展观的要求,研究新情况,解决新问题,牢牢树立"以人为本"、"与时俱进"、"大德育"理念,按照"联动化"、"专业化"、"层次化"、"规范化"、"国际化"的"五化"要求,采取有效的措施,构建一支学习型、复合型、创新型、开放型的高水平高校德育工作队伍。

Under the current international background of large platform, blending and challenge, the team-building of college moral education is facing new situations and challenges. Therefore, we must adopt the people-oriented ideas, keep pace up with the times, and establish the concept of grand moral education. According to the request of combination, specialization, multi-level, standardization and internationalization, we should strive to build a high-level college moral education team, which is a learning, compound, innovative and open-minded one.
