我国光伏产业已进入到快速成长阶段。与许多传统产业比较,光伏产业从起步到走出国门的时间最短,产量占比最高,技术进步最快,进入全球新能源500强的企业最多,这主要得益于我国综合实力的增强和全球化的战略的实施。但光伏产业同时也存在产能过剩、结构不合理、过度依赖出口、调控不到位的问题,导致目前陷于暂时的困境。走出困境需要正确认识和判断光伏产业的发展前景,作为战略性新兴产业的价值仍然没有改变,要树立信心,着力推进企业整合升级,加强产业链培育,强化科学调控,保持供求基本平衡,积极开拓国内市场,提高技术创新能力,用科学发展观指导光伏产业的发展。

China has been witnessing a rapid growth in Photovoltaic Industry. Thanks to China＇s increasing comprehensive national power and the global strategy, the photovoltaic industry, compared with many traditional industries, has spent a very short time from start to export, which has the highest proportion, the fastest technologi- cal progress, and the largest number of companies among Global 500 in the area of new energy. However, the in- dustry is temporally near the bottom, resulting from excess capacity,irrational structure ,over-reliance on exports and poor regulation among many other problems. To get out of the woods, we need correct understanding and judgments of the prospects, that is to say, it is still one of the strategic emerging industries. We should build confi- dence, promote the upgrade of enterprise integration, strengthen the industry chain and the scientific regulation, maintain a basic balance in supply and demand, actively explore new markets and improve the ability of technolo- gy innovation, and direct photovoltaic industry with Scientific Outlook on Development.
