摘要
为了实现连续、自动、高精度水面观测,在对比国内主要测量方法的基础上,通过利用单片机低功耗、自动化程度高的特点,设计开发了一种高精度的智能蒸发测量装置。该装置通过51系列单片机控制高精度的步进电机及测针组件运转,测针跟踪液位变化,从而得出蒸发量。通过构建数据库,完成对现场数据采集、入库、后期处理功能。
After comparing main measurement methods in China, we design and develop a high-precision in- tellectual evaporation measurement device, by taking advantage of the features of low power consumption and high level of automation of the chip microcomputer, so as to realize a continuous, automatic, high-precision water-sur- face observation,, This device uses 51 series chip microcomputer to control high-precision stepping motor and the operation of the micrometer. The micrometer will trace the change of the liquid level so as to get the amount of e- vaporation. By constructing a database, it can collect store and process data on site.
