摘要
实践性知识是教师知识结构中不可或缺的部分,职前教师实践性知识的构建为师范生日后从事教师职业奠定可持续发展的基础。本文通过顶岗支教师范生实践性知识获得的局限性,致使不能适应顶岗工作的需求等现状,提出了高校、中小学应提供实践性知识修习的外部条件,师范生本身应自我激发等实践性知识的构建途径与策略。
Practical knowledge is an indispensable part in teachers' knowledge structure, and the construction of teaching practical knowledge of pre-serviee lay a solid foundation for the sustainable development of the future career of the normal students as teacher. Through the analysis of the limita- tions of knowledge acquisition in the field practice of teaching and the status, it is found that the prac-ticing students can't meet the need of field work. Hereby, the author tries to put forward the tactics to construct the practical knowledge as follows: colleges and universities, as well as elementary and mid-dle school should provide good external conditions for the acquisition of practical knowledge, and the normal students themselves arouse their curiosity in learning.
