On the Cultivation of College Students' Professional Qualities in the School-enterprise Cooperation Mode

大学生就业难已经是一个不争的话题,这其中除了一些社会的、历史的客观原因之外,大学生职业素质不高也是一个重要原因。分析大学生职业素质培养的重要意义,阐述高职院校校企合作模式下大学生职业素质培养的重点,提出校企合作模式下大学生职业素质培养的新思路,对于解决大学生就业难问题具有一定的参考意义。

The low employment rate of college students is an undeniable fact, due to some social, historical reasons and their poor professional qualities. In order to help solve the problem, the paper analyses the im- portance of cultivating college students＇ professional qualities, elaborates the focus of the work in the higher vocational school-enterprise cooperation mode and suggests some practical ideas.
