摘要
建立完善的图书馆管理制度,读者管理制度是不可或缺的组成部分。目前,随着读者的权利意识增强,传统的读者管理制度有时会遭到读者的反对。将容易出现争议的四种管理制度列举出来,具体分析其争议出现的原因与应对方式,提出只有以不违背法律为原则,把以人为本作为出发点,才能制定出保障读者权益及读者能遵行的读者管理制度。
Reader management system is an integral part of library management system. At present, with the increasing awareness of the rights of the readers, traditional reader management system sometimes is opposed by readers. Four management systems which are prone to disputes are listed in the paper and the relevant causes and measures are discussed. It claims that a good reader management system must follow the rule of law and people-oriented principle and guarantee readers' rights.
