孔子教育思想及对当代教师的启示

The Education Thought of Confucius and Its Enlightenment for Teachers in the Contemporary Era

孔子教育思想之精华是中华民族优秀的文化遗产,他所倡导的德育为重、德育为先、有教无类、终身学习、与学生和谐相处、因材施教、启发诱导等教育思想和方法对于新时期人民教师搞好教育教学工作颇有借鉴作用。根据孔子的教育思想内容,作者提出了现代教师继承和发展孔子教育思想的有效途径。

The education thought of Confucius is the essence of Chinese excellent cultural heritage .He advocated the value of moral education,moral education first,the idea of no child left behind,lifelong learning,and dealing with students in harmony,teaching according to student ’s aptitude,inspiring and inducement education ,so as to offer a good reference for education and teaching of teachers in the new period .Based on the education thoughts of Confu-cius,the author puts forward an effective way of modern teacher to inherit and develop the education thought of Con-fucius.
