摘要
辅导员作为高校学生工作的主体和核心力量,对其工作进行量化考核,是对高校管理水平进行客观评价的要求,也是提升大学整体实力的有效途径。文章分析了辅导员量化考核的必要性,同时根据目前实际,提出了一套完整的量化考核办法,并对该办法的可行性和有效性进行了分析。
As the central force of students’work in colleges and universities ,the quantitative assessment of instruc-tor’ s work is a requirement of objective evaluation of management in colleges and universities ,and an effective channel to improve the overall strength of a university .This paper analyzes the necessity of the instructor work ’s quantitative assessment.According to the reality,it puts forward a complete set of quantitative assessment methods , and analyzes the feasibility and effectiveness of this method .
